Guava Jam Recipe
This guava jam is made with fresh guavas, sugar, and a touch of lime juice. It is a delicious and versatile condiment that can be used in a variety of ways.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds guavas, peeled and seeded
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice

- 1 strainer
Instructions:
- In a large pot, combine the guavas, sugar, lime juice, lime zest, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the guavas are softened and the mixture has thickened.
- Stir occasionally to prevent the jam from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
